1 ½ Hour Monthly Tele-conference Calls and Online Discussion Forum Last Thursday of each month ~ 6:00pm MDT ~ Beginning July 29, 2010 Membership fee ~ $75/year
If you love to read, love to talk about books, love to learn from books and transform through books, then join A Woman’s Way founder, Karen Ely, and other extraordinary women from around the world for our For Women Who Dare to Dream Int’l Book Club.
Karen believes that in today’s hectic time-starved world it becomes even more important to find time for quiet renewal, time to step back and assess who you are and where you’re going, and time to celebrate where you’ve come from and what you’ve learned. And for her, the journey has always included books.
This book club is for any woman who loves the process of reading insightful books and then being part of a vibrant, enlightening discussion with other bright, creative women.
For Women Who Dare to Dream Int’l Book Club, limited to 40 women, will meet monthly via a tele-conference call to discuss the monthly book selection. There will also be an online forum that will provide opportunities for members to share additional insights, discuss other books, and see photos and short bios of all the members.
This group is an international extension of the For Women Who Dare to Dream book club that Karen is facilitating in her hometown of Sedona, Arizona. The two book clubs will discuss the same book each month and group discussion from the Sedona group will be shared with the international group and visa versa.
Facilitator, Karen Ely, is the founder and director of A Woman’s Way, the country’s premier women’s retreat and workshop program located in Sedona, Arizona. Karen is the author of the well-received memoir, Daring to Dream: Reflections on the Year I Found Myself published in 2006, which chronicles the end of her 32-year marriage, and A Retreat of My Own, a women’s personal retreat guide published in 2008.
