If you love to read, love to talk about books, love to learn from books and transform through books, then join A Woman’s Way founder, Karen Ely, and other extraordinary women from around the world for our For Women Who Dare to Dream Int’l Book Club.

Karen believes that in today’s hectic time-starved world it becomes even more important to find time for quiet renewal, time to step back and assess who you are and where you’re going, and time to celebrate where you’ve come from and what you’ve learned.   And for her, the journey has always included books.

This book club is for any woman who loves the process of reading insightful books and then being part of a vibrant, enlightening discussion with other bright, creative women.

For Women Who Dare to Dream Int’l Book Club, limited to 40 women, will meet monthly via a tele-conference call to discuss the monthly book selection.  There will also be an online forum that will provide opportunities for members to share additional insights, discuss other books, and see photos and short bios of all the members.

This group is an international extension of the For Women Who Dare to Dream book club that Karen is facilitating in her hometown of Sedona, Arizona.  The two book clubs will discuss the same book each month and group discussion from the Sedona group will be shared with the international group and visa versa.

Facilitator, Karen Ely, is the founder and director of A Woman’s Way, the country’s premier women’s retreat and workshop program located in Sedona, Arizona.  Karen is the author of the well-received memoir, Daring to Dream:  Reflections on the Year I Found Myself published in 2006, which chronicles the end of her 32-year marriage, and A Retreat of My Own, a women’s personal retreat guide published in 2008.  For information on Karen and A Woman’s Way, please visit www.awomansway.com.

When Things Fall Apart:  Finding Inspiration, Hope and Possibilities in Challenging Times
One month of Tele-workshops, Weekly Exercises, and Transformational Opportunities with Karen Ely
August 1, 2010 through August 30, 2010 ~ $85 ($125 value)

When life as you’ve known it suddenly evaporates and you don’t know what to do, how to breathe, how to act, or where to start  . . .  putting on your jammies and crawling into bed with a pint of Ben & Jerry’s is a great beginning (a new People magazine helps too!).

However, eventually I’ve found you have to come out, get dressed, go back to work, stop at the grocery store and resume your life.  But what about the in-between time, the frightening transition period between “this is my life” and “this is my new life.”

It’s in the “How the hell did this happen to me?” space between these two worlds that magic is possible.  That magic comes to fruition when you make the decision to use your current challenge as a great transformational opportunity.

Beginning Monday, August 1 and continuing for a full month we're going to explore all aspects of When Things Fall Apart ~ the pain, the loss, the fear, the anxiety, as well as the magic possibilities.  We’ll have fun together and become inspired, hopeful and transformed in the process.

Each Monday evening at 6:00pm MDT we’ll “meet” on a conference call, discuss that week’s lessons (if you miss one, they’ll be recorded), present the coming week’s exercises and then send you on a dynamic journey of self-discovery.  In between calls, you’ll get e-mail encouragement, recommendations, and inspirational tools.

In the process you’ll discover surprises, fun, self-nurturing, self-excavation, letting go, tears, laughter, possibilities, promises, new friends, and the life-giving beauty of self discovery.

If you’re interested in learning new skills for navigating the dark, scary corridors of transition, then join Karen Ely and other women from around the country for a month-long opportunity to embrace powerful new possibilities and, through the process, discover the peace that’s possible when you discover your self.
